Adequate Staffing, LLC was founded in 2005 by Africa Washington. She received her Sonography training from Sanford-Brown Institute in Landover, Maryland in 2001.

During the time she served in the healthcare industry, she realized staffing issues that some facilities faced; trying to recruit and obtaining reliable staff.

Adequate Staffing pairs clients with reliable and professional candidates.
